Your satisfaction is my priority. This policy outlines the terms for returns and refunds for purchases made from Jordan Eanes Electronics.

1. Return Eligibility

You are eligible to request a return if:

The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
The return request is initiated within 30 days of the date you received the item.
The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or if I shipped the incorrect item.

Once your return is received and inspected, I will notify you of the approval status.
Upon approval, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment.
Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to post to your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing times.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued for:

Items returned after the 30-day window.
Products that are returned used, damaged, or not in original condition.
Final sale or clearance items.
Original shipping and handling charges (unless the return is due to my error, such as shipping a wrong or defective item).

4. How to Initiate a Return

Contact me first. Please email me at support@royalgroup.christmas and include:
- Your order number.
- The reason for the return.
- Photos of the item, if it is defective or damaged.
I will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions and the authorized return address.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is a result of my error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
